SARS-CoV-2 & Coronavirus Disease Related

NIH has several funding opportunities for CoViD-related research, some with deadlines and others that are open for application any time.  These opportunities  will accept foreign applications.  As Always, institutions will need to have all the appropriate registrations (see the end of the email for the list) and it is always a good idea to reach out to the Program Director listed in the funding opportunity.

NIH Funding opportunities for COVID-19 research that are open for new applications:

Applicant organizations must complete and maintain the following registrations as described in the SF 424 (R&R) Application Guide to be eligible to apply for or receive an award. All registrations must be completed prior to the application being submitted. Registration can take 6 weeks or more, so applicants should begin the registration process as soon as possible. The NIH Policy on Late Submission of Grant Applications states that failure to complete registrations in advance of a due date is not a valid reason for a late submission.
